It won’t even seem like you’re working out. The unique Turbo Kick® movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give YOU the ultimate cardiovascular workout that will melt fat and reshape your body! Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool-down designed to maximize weight loss!|
Adult FitnessA total body 60-minute class focusing on all areas of fitness: cardiovascular, strength, core, and functional flexibility. Exercise and intensities will progress as your fitness level progresses. Takes place at the base of the pinnacle. Location Buchanan Park Recreation Center.

Adult Modern/Jazz Dance
Class will consist of strength and toning using ballet based exercises. Light weights, bands, and exercise balls will be used to sculpt, tone and create long lean muscle

Want to have FUN while exercising outside? Get the optimal calorie burn, increase speed, improve coordination and stamina, increase agility and strength. Achieve your fitness goals with this high energy workout. This is a full body workout! This all-inclusive class is a MUST for your overall fitness pursuits. Join the fun and get results! The ultimate Cardio, Glute and Core class - tighten, firm, tone and strengthen low back, glutes, obliques and abdominal muscles. Bosu will be added for balance and complete core work.

This is a whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness. A combination of weighted and resistance-based exercises, sculpting and toning-based exercises followed by core strength training is sure to deliver all-round benefits from head to toe. You’ll be better toned and physically fitter and you’ll probably feel like a "better you"!
Fit4Baby is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The 60-minute class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for mom only. For more information please call 720-956-6FIT. Note: Drop ins are available for $10. This class is NOT included in the fitness punch card or the unlimited monthly fitness pass.
New! Strength Training for Athletes
Most athletes tend to only work in the frontal plane and as a result they tend to develop injuries from overuse and not working secondary muscle groups. This class is designed to work the lateral plane and focus on key muscle groups (stabilizers) to create balance and symmetry. Don’t be fooled this class will be a great workout!
Strictly strength training using dumbbells, body bars, bands, Fitballs, Bosu’s and other strength modalities. No cardio intervals, but heart-pumping just the same as you take your muscles to the max.
Total Body Circuit Fusion
This class will keep you on the move! Combining resistance training, cardio, and core exercises that create a total-body transformation. All levels welcome!
Mind/Body classes focus on improving your flexibility, strength, and balance while enhancing your posture, coordination, and mental focus. Yoga and Pilates classes are a great way to quiet the chatter of daily life, relieve stress, and feel great.
Adult Fitness Yoga
A 45-minute stretch for the whole body. Incorporating yoga poses, breathing, and a slow controlled stretch this class is for all levels. Improve your yoga practice or try something new!
Mat Pilates is a series of stretching and strength exercises performed in a sequence to strengthen your core (abs, back, hips, and glutes). This class is also available to SilverSneakers® participants for a $3 co-pay and card swipe. Location: Buchanan Park Recreation Center.
New! Sports Stretch & Core
This 45-minute class will be a dynamic yoga-inspired stretching and core-strengthening program designed to complement all your athletic pursuits.
New! StrengthFlow Yoga
This class utilizes elements from Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to build strength and flexibility, while improving your mind-body awareness to leave you feeling more calm and centered. Focused breathing combined with structured poses, moves and stretches creates a challenging class attainable for all, while rejuvenating and realigning the body to create a sense of harmony, balance and fluidity. This format strengthens your muscles and joints while increasing flexibility and range of movement to protect against injury.
Vinyasa Yoga I
This class teaches the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga, including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures and core strengthening. Practice moving into and out of postures safely and with correct alignment. Uses the breath, learn to quiet your mind to find peace and inner stillness.Return to top

Pilates on TRX
Take your pilates to the next level. Challenge and strengthen your core, improve your balance, and increase flexibility using the TRX suspension system.
TRX Suspension Training
The all fitness levels TRX Suspension Training class is a 50-minute class including both a warm-up and a stretch cool-down at the end. This class is open to both “newbies” and those familiar with suspension training. All exercise selection as well as work intervals will be decided by the instructor at the time of the class based on the experience of attendees. Attendees always have the choice to modify or “intensify” the exercises to better suit their fitness needs.
