O.A.S.I.S. classes are designed for Older Adults Staying In Shape. This class combines aerobic, flexibility and strength training in a positive, energizing environment. We include exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
