Pilates Plus+ is a non-impact class that is easy on the joints. It will enhance your overall functional fitness, core strength/stability and flexibility for longer, lean muscles. It focuses on your breathing and body placement which will improve your posture, balance, coordination and overall circulation. The only equipment that will be used are simply a Pilates mat, plus+ balls, bands, light weights, etc., which will help you gain strength in your abdominals, back, thighs and glutes. Playschool is available for an additional fee during this class.
