|A BRICK workout that combines two disciplines of triathlon training. Start in the pool and perform specific drills for stoke, breath control and kicking to enhance your freestyle swim technique and efficiency. Follow the swim with indoor biking or outdoor running, weather permitting. The first, third, and fifth Fridays will be swim/ run and second and fourth Fridays will be swim/bike.

Participants can pay for a one time Drop In or use the Unlimited Fitness Pass PLUS for this class.
