Buchanan Park Recreation Center

Buchanan Park Property Includes: 2 multipurpose fields, a playground, and the Buchanan ponds (fee required).

Evergreen Lake House

Evergreen Lake Park Includes: 40 acre lake, a 2 acre park with picnic tables and grills, wetlands, an observation boardwalk, a 1.3 mile long trail, a historical boat/warming house.

Wulf Recreation Center

Olive Road (Adjacent to the Evergreen High School) Mailing Address: 1521 Bergen Parkway City/State/Zip: Evergreen, CO 80439 Phone: 720-880-1200; Fax: 720-880-1280 Center Includes: 25-yard six-lane pool, a gymnastics gym, a basketball/volleyball gym, a weight/fitness facility, 1 handball/racquetball court, a dance studio, and 3 meeting/class rooms. Wulf Recreation Center property Includes: 4 tennis courts, 2 sand volleyball courts, a playground, a skate park, and a mile long asphalt fitness trail.

Administration Office
	Physical/Mailing Address:1521 Bergen Parkway City/State/Zip: Evergreen, CO 80439 Fax: 720-880-1080 Office Building: The EPRD Administration Office is located off of Bergen Parkway in Buchanan Park. The 1930s log cabin was renovated by EPRD in 2007 for additional administrative office space.

Park Operations Office
	Physical/Mailing Address:1521 Bergen Parkway City/State/Zip: Evergreen, CO 80439 Fax: 720-880-1080 Ops Building Includes: Located next to the District's Administrative Office, the building totals about 2,500 square feet, including 1,475 square feet in two vehicle bays and 1,025 square feet of office and storage space. The office space includes two staff offices, a kitchen/break room, two restrooms, and about 500 square feet of storage area.
