The 41-foot rock-like freestanding pinnacle is located in the rotunda of the building. Sculptured and custom holds are embedded throughout the wall, and an overhang will challenge even the advanced climber.

Sign up to conquer the pinnacle at the Buchanan Park Recreation Center. During this class children will learn the right place to climb as well as safety techniques associated with climbing. Note: Students attending climbing classes MUST wear sturdy shoes. Crocs, sandals, and skirts are not allowed on the wall at any time. For ALL climbing classes, the fee is PER WEEK. Fee: $8 DR $10 NDR. |
