Parkland is owned by Jefferson County Open Space. The Evergreen Park & Recreation District leases 5 acres of the property where Alderfer Ranch is located. Supplemental park permit rules and regulations for Alderfer Ranch Pavilion can be found on the Forms & District Policies page.
