Preschool and Kindergarten Programs For Ages 3 - 6 ; 1:10 Ratio

Evergreen Park & Recreation District provides quality childcare for ages 3-6 at Wilmot Elementary and Bergen Meadow Elementary. EPRD Pre-K programs are much more than childcare! Our staff offers a safe, creative place for children to learn and grow. Evergreen’s preschool program is designed to foster intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth in each child through play and personal attention.

Age appropriate educational and recreational activities are provided, including enrichment activities, learning centers, teacher lead instruction, literacy, and guest speakers/field trips. Our programs provide flexible scheduling to meet our parent’s busy schedules. Sign up for one day or all week!

The Evergreen Park & Recreation District Children’s Programs and Jefferson County Public Schools have a unique partnership that supports offering full day programming for Preschool and Kindergarten children. Children enrolled in the program must also be enrolled in the Jefferson County Public School.

Preschool School Break Camps

Registration Information

To register, you will need to fill out all required paperwork including application, immunization records, birth certificate, and a doctor’s health statement. Participants in the program must be potty trained at the time of enrollment. Paperwork can be picked up from the front desk at Wulf, or downloaded from this page. Paperwork must be submitted at least two days before first day of attendance. Rates are per child, per day. Payments must be made to guarantee your child’s space the Mon prior to attending. A late fee of $5 per day will be collected if space is available.

Full day hours are from 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM for $40. This option is about a 17% savings off the old price! You will still have the option to drop-in to before/ after care at the full price.

NO REFUNDS will be allowed after an absence unless a doctor’s excuse is provided. A $5 processing fee will be charged for all refunds, as well as transferring care from one day to another. Credits are only given with a doctor excused illness or one week notice of cancellation! Credits will be added to your household account, and may be used for any district program(s).

Each child enrolled in the Summer Camp and Before and After School Program must have on file the following information:
1. Payment Form showing the days of attendance
2. Emergency & Permission Forms
3. Health Record, including immunization records
