School Age Before/After Care Programs For Ages 5 - 14; 1:15 Ratio

Evergreen Park & Recreation District is committed to meeting your family’s needs by offering quality professional school age childcare programs for ages 5-14 years old at two locations. Our programs are licensed by the State of Colorado and follow all school age childcare regulations. Youth are provided a safe place to participate in fun active & passive games, art and crafts, homework time, and Friday field trips. A healthy snack is provided each day to participants. Programs provide flexible scheduling to meet our parent’s busy schedules. Sign up for one day or all week!

Registration Information

To register, you will need to fill out all required paperwork for the program including application and immunization records. Paperwork can be picked up from the front desk at Wulf, or downloaded from this page. Paperwork must be submitted at least two days before first day of attendance. Rates are per child, per day. Payments must be made to guarantee your child’s space the Monday prior to attending. A late fee of $5 per day will be collected if space is available.

Full day times are from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for $30 DR 38 NDR. You will also have the option for 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM for $35 DR $44 NDR; both options are about a 17% savings off the old price! You will still have the option to drop-in to before/after care at the full price.

NO REFUNDS will be allowed after an absence unless a doctor’s excuse is provided. A $5 processing fee will be charged for all refunds, as well as transferring care from one day to another. Credits are only given with a doctor excused illness or one week notice of cancellation! Credits will be added to your household account, and may be used for any district program(s).

Two Locations To Choose From

Wulf Recreation Center 5300 S Olive Road, Evergreen, CO 80439 Before school care participants will be transported in District vehicles from Wulf Recreation Center to Wilmot Elementary in the morning. After school care participants will be transported from Wilmot Elementary to Wulf Recreation Center in the afternoon in District vehicles.

Specialized Instructional Classes

Participants have opportunities to sign up for other recreational program offered at the Wulf Recreation Center including gymnastics and swimming classes. EPRD staff will help participants safety to and from these classes. There are additional fees for classes.

Bergen Valley Elementary School 1422 Sugarbush Drive, Evergreen, CO 80439 Before school care participants from Bergen Meadow Elementary ride a Jefferson County School District bus from Bergen Valley Elementary to Bergen Meadow Elementary in the morning. After school care participants from Bergen Meadow Elementary ride an Evergreen Park & Recreation District vehicle to Bergen Valley Elementary in the afternoon. King Murphy Elementary students have the opportunity to take a bus to Bergen Valley Elementary for after school care. Parents are responsible to coordinate transportation with the school.

Forms/Records

Each child enrolled in the Summer Camp and Before and After School Program must have on file the following information:
1. Payment Form showing the days of attendance
2. Emergency & Permission Forms
3. Health Record, including immunization records
