Below, this video is brought to you by the Evergreen Park & Recreation District's gymnastics department. Located in Evergreen, CO at the Wulf Recreation Center. Gymnastics offers boys and girls programs from preschool all the way up to competitive team.

Preschool Program

Come bounce and pounce through our gymnastics jungle with adventure themes, obstacle courses, circuits, and games. The program is designed to teach age appropriate motor skills, body awareness, and beginning gymnastics. Emphasis is also placed on peer group interaction, listening skills, and following directions. It’s all done through a hop, skip, and jump. Classes fill quickly so please register early. All classes are coed.

Oh Baby! You and Me (ages up to 1 1/2)

For babies! Open the baby gate and encourage physical and mental child development through music and play to increase visual tracking and neuro-pathway development. We provide a safe environment for your child to climb, roll, push up and explore. This is a 30 minute parent interactive and instructor guided class. Location: Wulf Recreation Center. Tumblebugs Gymnastics (ages 8 months - 3 years)

45 minutes of magic mountains, tunnels, parachutes, music, and a closing circle time are waiting for you and your child to participate in here at gymnastics. This is a class for children walking to 3 years of age. Please make arrangements for siblings, as they may not participate on the equipment. Location: Wulf Recreation Center. Rock N’ Parent Gymnastics (ages 2 1/2 - 3)

Parents come assist your 2.5-3 year old adapt to following directions with an instructor to become more independent and confident while learning gymnastics skills in a playful atmosphere. Please make arrangements for siblings, as they may not be on equipment during this 45-minute class. Location: Wulf Recreation Center. Free to be “3” Gymnastics (age 3)

If you have an energetic 3 year old we have the class for you! Come rock and roll around the gym in a 45 minute class dedicated to your age skill development. Location: Wulf Recreation Center. For the complete schedule, please click on the Register Online button.

Rockin’ Tots Gymnastics (ages 3 - 5)

This age combined class will rock your socks off! A 60-minute class exploring the gymnastics jungle working gross motor skills and socialization. Location: Wulf Recreation Center. For the complete schedule, please click on the Register Online button.

Soar while “4” Gymnastics (age 4)

Level Program

See what it’s like to be a gymnast! Join our trained professionals in a class to teach you coordination, strength, and flexibility while working gymnastics skills on each event. Progress through the program to the competitive team or build fundamentals that carry forward to other sports. For boys and girls ages 6-17 years old.

Beginner 5/6 Gymnastics (ages 5 - 6)

Is your child in all day Kindergarten? We developed this 60-minute class to transition kids from preschool to beginner at a more convenient time for parents and kids! Location: Wulf Recreation Center. For the complete schedule, please click on the Register Online button.

Beginner Girls Gymnastics (ages 6 - 17)

Get energized with this 60-minute class starting with a 10-15 minute warmup then continues with learning basic gymnastics skills on the different events including body shapes in a fun and positive atmosphere. Beginner Boys Gymnastics (ages 6 - 17)

60 minute class for boys just starting gymnastics or graduating from preschool program. Child will learn skills on all boys apparatus. Location: Wulf Recreation Center. For the complete schedule, please click on the Register Online button.

Intermediate Girls Gymnastics (ages 6 - 17)

Advanced Girls Gymnastics (ages 6 - 17)

Advanced Boys Gymnastics (ages 6 - 17)

Kids Night Out (ages 5 - 12)

Parents bring your kids to the gymnastics gym for 3 hours of fun! We will play games, learn gymnastics, have pizza and give you the night off. You must sign up the Monday prior to the Kids Night Out. Tumble & Tramp Gymnastics (ages 7 - 17)

This class will focus on developing skills in tumbling and trampoline. Safety and proper skill progression will be emphasized. Great for students with backyard trampolines! Location: Wulf Recreation Center. For the complete schedule, please click on the Register Online button.

Team Program

Got what it takes? Gymnasts who have passed through the level program may be invited to join our team program. Currently we compete in the United States Association of Gymnastics (USAG) league. Team workout schedules vary for each group. Gymnasts will receive a workout schedule from their coaches. Click here for the team website

Girls/Boys USAG Team Program

Developmental and Advanced level gymnasts are invited to join our successful USAG competitive program. Gymnasts must be willing to work out a minimum of 5-7 hours per week. USAG offers opportunities for competition at levels 4-10. The competition season for levels 4-6 is in the fall, and for levels 7-10 and boys’ competition is in the winter and early spring.

Developmental Team

By Invitation Only - This is for girls’ 6 to 8 years old showing great interest, and natural talent in gymnastics. The current coaching staff will select gymnasts. Parents will be notified if their child is chosen for the Developmental Team. Gymnasts will be training year round toward competition team participation. 1.5 hour class 2x/week.

Private/Semi-Private Lessons Private/Semi-Private Lessons For private lessons, call to make an appointment with a coach. These lessons are either to improve skills or routines for competition. Private fee is for one person, semi-private fee can be split with one or two other students. Fee charged without 24-hour cancellation notice.
