Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) offers Summer Adventure Camp in both Evergreen and Conifer, with a wide variety of:
- Age-appropriate games
- Arts and crafts
- Educational guest speakers
- Field trips
- Sports
- Swimming
The staff ratio is 1 to 15. This high-quality, state-licensed camp gives parents the flexibility to pick as many days as needed for their children’s care, Monday through Friday throughout the summer. To reserve your child’s space at this popular camp, pre-registration and payments are required. Drop in care is not available. Children must arrive by 9 AM daily for field trips and activities.
Swimming lessons will also be available to sign up for an additional cost to develop/advance your child’s swimming skills. Please note that open swimming should not be considered swimming lessons. Enroll in swim lessons during camp now (for the Fox and Elk group).
Each child enrolled in the Summer Camp is required to have on file the following prerequisites:
- Youth Application (PDF)
- Immunization Documents (PDF))
- Parent Handbook agreement (PDF) (last page of the Parent Handbook)
- Childcare Medication Authorization Form (PDF)
- Registration fee
New forms must be completed for all children each May, including those currently enrolled in the Before/After Program.
A one-time annual fee (per child) of $25 is required prior to registration of one of our licensed programs. Visit our registration portal to pay this fee before registering for this camp.

Beaver Ranch (ages 5 to 14) (PDF)
A one-time annual fee (per child) of $25 is required prior to registration of one of our licensed programs. Payments are to be made the one-week prior to attending avoid late fees. Sign up late fees will be charged at $5 per day per registrant. To be officially registered for camp, you must complete and turn in the full registration packet.
For Preschool Adventure Camp, Summer Adventure Camp, Inspire Adventure Camp, Outdoor Adventure, and Leader In Training this includes: 2019 Camp Application, Immunization Record, and Supplemental Health Statement for Preschool Adventure Camp and INSPIRE Adventure Camp participants. Rates are per child, per day.
This program is in operation Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6 PM. For full day camps, bring a sack lunch, two snacks, a drink and a water bottle each day, as well as non-scuffing tennis shoes for use in the gym, and appropriate outdoor clothing.
Medical paperwork is mandatory if your child requires medication. Children will be registered upon receipt of the required forms and fees (see above) unless notified.
There are no refunds, credits, or transfers. Late pick up charge for Preschool Adventure Camp and Summer Adventure Camp (which will be charged to their account) after 6 PM is $10 for 1 to 15 minutes late and another $10 for 15 to 30 minutes late. The District accepts these methods of payment:

Children need to bring a sack lunch, two snacks, a drink and a water bottle. Please wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
