Youth Trail Running Class (10 to 17 Years)

Come explore the trails at Alderfer/Three Sisters Park this summer! If you enjoy being active and outside, this five-week class is for you! All abilities are welcome as we work on building endurance, speed, and strength each week while exploring new routes. We’ll learn about:

  • How to set personal goals
  • Proper technique for uphill/downhill running
  • Running gear
  • Safety and nutrition
