About the Facilitator, Cindy Kimball-Hodges

As a career pilot, Cindy spent over 30 years developing an appreciation for wellness. An Air Force Academy graduate, she retired from the military, flew twenty years with the airlines and is now a light on the path to wellness. The stress associated with a lifetime of flying airplanes has given way to an understanding that everything affects our vitality; from the thoughts we think to how we move and nourish our bodies.

We are offering several classes online and in-person at BPRC.  Zoom-only classes are $16 DR/$20 NDR for the week (whether its one class or multiple classes).  All in-person classes have a drop-in fee of $14 DR/ $18 NDR per class or use your punch card.  Classes can be done online from the comfort of your home or done in-person - you choose!
