Personal Training Sessions

Our personal trainers are certified fitness professionals. Personal trainers set their own schedules and will help you to develop and/or to improve your exercise routine. Our trainers offer group personal training with 2-4 clients at a time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. The client will be charged for a full session if there is less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or a no show by the client. All sessions are for one (1) hour unless noted otherwise. Weight Room Orientations

Certified trainers provide introduction to the cardio and weight equipment, including proper form and technique for maximum safety and effectiveness. Sessions are 45 minutes in length, which may be scheduled with a minimum of 2 or a maximum of 4 people per orientation. Contact either front desk for more information and/or to set up an appointment. Fee per person $10 DR $13 NDR.
