Join us this fall for a Strength and Conditioning class designed for Middle or High School aged youth. Whether your sport is in its off-season or delayed due to COVID-19, this class will help you stay conditioned and ready to return better than ever. This class is designed and taught by Lauren Witt, a certified personal trainer, and will improve all fitness levels by focusing on the foundations: mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility, and performance. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises to develop or improve their own fitness foundation improving sports or everyday activities.
