Evergreen Park & Recreation District offers a wide variety of fitness and wellness opportunities. Our goal is to fulfill the physical needs of our patrons by providing classes that are geared for all fitness levels and abilities. Massage

Massage helps to soothe nervous tension, increase blood circulation, and alleviate muscle cramping, tightening, and knots. For more information please click here.

Personal Trainers

Our personal trainers are certified fitness professionals. Our trainers work as independent contractors and have the ability to set their own schedule and will help you to develop and/or improve your exercise routine. Doubles and Triples allow you the same benefits as one-on-one. Call 720.880.1226 for more info and to find a personal trainer that is right for you. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. The client will be charged for a full session if there is less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or a no show by the client. For more information please click here.
