Evergreen Lake House

Evergreen Lake House is the crown jewel of our community. Host to events year round it provides the perfect location for your next wedding, event, or meeting. Overlooking Evergreen Lake with majestic views from the deck or anywhere inside the building with the rustic log cabin charm of a mountain getaway. During the winter the Lake House is transformed into the Skating Center from Early December into Spring pending ice conditions. During the spring to late fall it is a venue that is heavily used by the community and groups that want to enjoy this fabulous location. Evergreen Lake

Entering the park and lake area is at your own risk. Ice and lake conditions are subject to nature and changing constantly. Stay alert and be aware of park rules and regulations. If you have any questions please call Lake House at 720.880.1300. Leash laws extend to animals on all vessels/water craft, as well. Must have a leash on at ALL times on land and on vessels. Absolutely no soliciting of any kind and no charcoal grills are allowed on the park or lake property.

Evergreen Lake Trail

The Evergreen Lake Trail, a natural surface trail for walking and jogging that encircles the lake, is 1.3 miles long. Please note: sections of the lake trail are not conducive to wheelchair and stroller use and are not to ADA standards. Leash laws are enforced by Jefferson County Animal Control for the park and trails. Please be courteous and PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS for other trail/park users.

Evergreen Lake Summer Concert Series

Summer concerts are free! Because of the concerts’ popularity, parking is limited, and only a small number of VIP parking passes are available for purchase.  The VIP parking pass for the entire series is available for $100. Passes went on sale Sat, Apr 6 at 9 AM via our website and are sold out for the 2019 season.  We will not sell them by phone or in-person.  VIP spots will be held until 6:30 PM and then opened up for public parking.  Attendees are encouraged to carpool and/or park at a satellite lot (Wulf Rec Center or Christ the King Church) and take a free shuttle. No glass bottles, please. Pets are permitted on leash. By state law, no higher than 3.2% alcohol is allowed in the park. Private boaters are not allowed to launch boats during large events. Evergreen Lake also hosts a number of other community events. Wednesday nights during the Concert Series, last boats go out at 2 PM and boating closes at 3 PM.
