Evergreen Park & Recreation District offers a wide variety of fitness and wellness opportunities. Our goal is to fulfill the physical needs of our patrons by providing classes that are geared for all fitness levels and abilities. Fitness Room

Come in and see our Fitness Room at Wulf Rec Center; we have 10 bikes and a TRX* suspension system! Join us for indoor cycling and TRX classes. For more information on indoor cycling please click here or see the calendar below.

*Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

Massage

Personal Trainers

Our personal trainers are certified fitness professionals. Our trainers work as independent contractors and have the ability to set their own schedule and will help you to develop and/or improve your exercise routine. Doubles and Triples allow you the same benefits as one-on-one. Call 720-880-1226 for more info and to find a personal trainer that is right for you. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. The client will be charged for a full session if there is less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or a no show by the client. For more information please click here.
