PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on:

The Board of Directors of the Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado may gather for the EPRD Summer Concert Series at the Buchanan Park Field, 32003 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, CO and  29612 Upper Bear Creek Road, Evergreen, CO. The gatherings will commence at 4:30 p.m.  A quorum of the EPRD Directors may or may not be present at this meeting.  Should a quorum be present, no motion or vote by the EPRD Board of Directors shall be considered.
