Alderfer Park Pavilions and Meadow are unavailable to Rent in 2025/2026 due to ongoing Jefferson County Open Space work at the site.

The parkland is owned by Jefferson County Open Space. The Evergreen Park & Recreation District leases 5 acres of the property where Alderfer Ranch is located.

  • 335 acres in size (5 acres leased by EPRD)
  • Developed trails, approximately 4.25 miles (one trail head located off Buffalo Park Road and one parking lot off LeMaster Road)
