2026 Business Membership Wellness Rates

3-Month Pass

Please note: To be eligible for discounted rates, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Businesses must commit to offering “Workplace Wellness” as part of their new hire practices and fill out the form with EPRD.
  2. Must currently have a FEIN#.
  3. Employer must commit to keeping EPRD updated with employee information annually.
  4. 3-month pass: $95 paid by Employee.
  5. Employee/Patron must provide a recent paycheck stub as proof of current employment.
  6. Please note: All employees who participate in the Workplace Wellness Program will need to purchase a District ID card for $10 or download the Pass2U Wallet phone app at no charge. All patrons must present their pass at the front desk upon entry.
