Evergreen Lake Youth Activities








Evergreen Lake provides a number of different activities to get youth outside and active during the summer months! Fill your child's week with action-packed acvtivites by registering for Adventure Field Trip Mondays, Boating Camp and Survival Skills Friday!

Join Roary Archibald and Evergreen Lake staff for a day learning and trying survival skills!
Each class will spend the day with hands-on learning of skills such as shelter building, water locating and disinfecting, primal movement, navigation, plant, tree and track identification, temperature sensitivity and safety.
The group will depart from Evergreen Lake at 9am and return by 3pm. Register for one or all days!

Looking to get the kids out of the house for a few hours this summer? Join us and our wonderful instructors for a few hours of fun on Evergreen Lake! Kids will head out on SUP boards, our giant SUP board, kayaks or canoes and spend time playing games and getting to know each other outside! This program runs from 9:00am-11:00am on Thursday mornings throughout the summer. Space is limited- register now! Ages 7-12 years old. All participants must be able to swim independently.

Calling all young explorers! Join Evergreen Audubon and EPRD for an exciting new adventure at Evergreen Lake! This program is geared toward children under 5 years of age with an adult and will explore early childhood readiness skills through outdoor exploration. We'll start with some movement activities before heading out for a short walk along the boardwalk. This program is stroller friendly and accessible for those with mobility needs. Come dressed to explore the outdoors! This is part of our inclusive programs that aim to get children of all ability's outdoors!
