PUBLIC NOTICE OF A GATHERING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EVERGREEN PARK & RECREATION DISTRICT 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on: 

Thursday, August 28th, 2025 

The Board of Directors of the Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado may gather for the Friends of Buchanan Park Fundraiser at the Evergreen Lake House, 29612 Upper Bear Creek Road, Evergreen, CO, 80439. The gathering will commence at 5:30 p.m. A quorum of the EPRD Directors may or may not be present at this gathering. Should a quorum be present, no motion or vote by the EPRD Board of Directors shall be considered.
