  • REGISTRATION FOR FALL SEASON OPENS AUGUST 12 at 10 AM for District Residents
    • August 14 at 10 AM for Non-District Residents. 
  • Boating season is still underway!

    Summer Concert Series

    • Join us for the FINAL free summer concert!

      • New this Summer Concert Series!
      • Look for the bright yellow flags to dispose of your waste in a responsible and sustainable way!
      • In July, we hit our largest waste diversion yet of 55%!  Thank you all! 
      • In partnership with the Crush It Crusade and Evergreen Sustainability Alliance, these staffed waste stations will provide designated areas for compost, recycling, and landfill sorting. With events generating some of our largest waste volumes, our goal is to divert at least 50% of concert waste from the landfill—and with the support of our partners, volunteers, and concertgoers, we’re confident we can reach it!

    Summer Movie Nights

    • Come out for FREE Movie Nights on the ballfields at Buchanan Park! 
      • August 1  - Shrek, 4:00 PM - End of Film
      • August 13 - Harry Potter, 4:00 PM - End of Film
        • Rescheduled from July due to weather! 
    • We will have a food truck, ice cream, yard games, and inflatable activities available until the movie starts!
       

    Buchanan Pool Back to School Bash!

    • Join us for an epic end-of-summer splash! We’re talking cookie decorating (and eating!), hot dogs on the patio, a magical unicorn sprinkler inflatable, and the return of the Wibit inflatable obstacle course in the pool!

    E Sports: Super Smash Bros Tournaments

    • This will be a Singles/1-on-1 tournament for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on the Nintendo Switch. Participants will compete in a bracket formatted as double elimination, round robin, or round robin pools into double elimination top cut, using the Midwest Unified Ruleset. Prize (gift card) will be given to the winner of the event.

    Join us for EPRD’s Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 20th at Buchanan Park—a lively celebration featuring stein hoisting contests, live Polka music, dance performances, German eats, games for all ages, and the beloved Long-Dog Derby. Costumes are encouraged, and registration is now open!
