The Board of Directors of the Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado may gather for a press conference regarding the El Rancho property, to be held at 29260 US-40, Evergreen, CO 80439. The gathering will commence at 11:00am. A quorum of the EPRD Directors may or may not be present at this gathering. Should a quorum be present, no motion or vote by the EPRD Board of Directors shall be considered.
