Its time once again for the Evergreen Trail Race Series with EPRD! The Evergreen Trail Race Series is a thrilling collection of trail races set in some of the most scenic and challenging landscapes.Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or a beginner looking to push your limits, the series offers something for everyone, emphasizing adventure, endurance, and a deep connection to nature.

AUGUST 22ND ~ Bergen Peak 5K & Half Marathon
This race day will offer a 5k race running through the lower sections of Elk Meadow Park.
The Bergen Peak Half Marathon runners will experience the rolling hills of Elk Meadow and the strenuous switchbacks of the Bergen, Too Long and Summit trails. While ascending almost 2300 feet, runners will peak at a total elevation of 9700+ feet before descending back down to the finish line as they cover this 13 mile course.
This course requires technical footing in many places so please be aware!

Bergen Peak Half Marathon Race Map

HALF REGISTRATION
This 5K or 10K race leads runners throughout the rolling hills of Elk Meadow Open Space Park. Runners will start on Pioneer trail and head clockwise around the meadow. The first stretch is a steady downhill along highway 74. From there, runners will weave their way up to where they will run through the trees along the foot of the mountain. The course then shoots runners back out into the meadow to reconnect with Pioneer Trail to the finish line.

This race day will offer both a 5k & 10K course through the beautiful park.
