Invitation for Bids: #2026-103 Bid-Build Team 

Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) invites qualified contractors ("Respondents") to submit bids for the renovation of public restrooms within an existing commercial building located at Buchanan Park, 1520 Evergreen Parkway, Evergreen, CO 80439.

The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the restroom renovation in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at the Buchanan Park Recreation Center, 32003 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, CO 80439 and will also be available via Microsoft Teams. An optional site visit will immediately follow the meeting.
