Invitation for Bids: #2026-102 Bid-Build Team
Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) invites qualified general contractors ("Respondents") to submit bids for general contracting services associated with the construction of a new pre-engineered metal gymnasium and field house facility within Buchanan Park, located at 32003 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, CO 80439.
The project generally consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, subcontractors, and incidentals necessary to construct the facility and associated site improvements in accordance with the Contract Documents.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Buchanan Park Recreation Center, 32003 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, CO 80439 and will also be available via Microsoft Teams. An optional site visit will immediately follow the meeting. The complete Invitation for Bids (IFB) package is available on Bidnet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com and EPRD's website at www.evergreenrecreation.com. Eligible Respondents must download all IFB materials from BidNet Direct.
