Associative Awareness Technique (AAT)

Sink into deep relaxation and balance your nervous system with Helene Hughes, Certified Associative Awareness Technique Practitioner and Certified Reiki Master Practitioner.  

The treatment is a clothes-on modality that consists of a series of gentle tapping along with various applications of calming techniques that aims to help people recover from chronic pain, trauma, PTSD, stress, anxiety, and fibromyalgia. The treatment includes a vibro-acoustic mat which aids the nervous system into relaxation. AAT can be a massage alternative.

Receiving treatments in close succession can build momentum and amplify the positive effects, deepen relaxation, and facilitate a quicker balance of the CNS. Once regulated, individual sessions are recommended regularly or when desired.
