2026 Rad As Ice Bike Race Series "Practice Ride"

Get ready for a unique cycling experience on Evergreen Lake - The only Ice Bike Race Series in Colorado!!

 

Participants will race on a stunning 1-mile ice course in this one-of-a-kind event.

Whether you're a seasoned cyclist, or just looking for fun, there's a category for everyone!

There will be an open practice on 1/31/26 from 7a - 11a.

Races take place on 2/7, 2/21, and 2/28/26 from 7a - 11a.

Unload Bikes & Check-In at Fisherman's Lot on North East Side of the lake on HWY 74 

Shuttle from Stagecoach will run from 7am until event ends.  

*** On 2/28/26, there will be a series awards ceremony from 11a - 12p. ***

*** This registration is for all 3 adult races in the series! You must compete in all 3 races to be eligible to win awards! ***

*** Helmets are required for all participants - knee pads are highly recommended. ***

*** Studded tired are recommended for all categories, but not required. Local bike shops stock studded tires.***

Day of Registration accepted at a $5 higher rate

PRACTICE RACE

This race is ON Evergreen Lake, yes that’s right you will be racing on an approximately 1 mile course across the ice. Helmets are required for all participants and knee and elbow pads are highly recommended.  Studded tires are permitted.

Timing/scoring: Cyclocross style timed event, everyone finishes on leader's lap.
