The Board of Directors of the Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado may gather for the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce “A Night With Our Stars” Business Awards at the Evergreen Lake House, 29612 Upper Bear Creek Road, Evergreen, CO 80439. The gathering will commence at 6:00pm. A quorum of the EPRD Directors may or may not be present at this gathering. Should a quorum be present, no motion or vote by the EPRD Board of Directors shall be considered.
